Reflection
This project was a journey of exploration and problem-solving. From understanding the emotional challenges users face to analyzing their needs and expectations, each step reinforced the value of user-centered design.

Our research — through stakeholder interviews, user feedback, and competitive analysis — provided a solid foundation for our decisions. It was insightful to see how factors like trust, ease of use and personalization influenced every aspect of the app, from intuitive navigation to calming visual elements. With this in mind, we placed great emphasis on the UI components, carefully selecting a color palette and elements that would reflect our brand’s core attributes — calm, support, mindfulness and serenity — while creating a sense of connection for users.

Transitioning from Mid-Fi to Hi-Fi Wireframes allowed us to structure and refine our ideas, ensuring the app not only met user needs but also fostered a sense of reassurance and control.

Above all, this project was a meaningful learning experience, showing us how design can create a supportive space for users navigating anxiety.

Working with Mai and Nadya in this project was an incredibly rewarding experience, and we’re proud of what we built together.
