Concept
Framed by residential buildings on three sides and opening toward the street, our plot offers a clear orientation and a defined boundary. In response, we embraced the full extent of the allowable dimensions - width, length, and height - working within these limits to shape a compact volume. Inspired by the rhythm and clarity of the Palazzo della Loggia in Brescia, we designed a squared plan and a structure composed of stacked elements. Each floor holds only what is necessary, allowing the upper volumes to retreat and reveal terraces—quiet voids shaped by absence
